Tomorrow!

It's really hard to pack lightly for 3 months and it feels strange to be packing oak chips into my suitcase instead of more clothes. (The oak is a delivery for my uncle) Although it is nice to be packing sunscreen and my bathing suit. Goodbye winter!!

Small Change of Plans

With just one week to go before leaving, the Indian government has screwed up my plans! The plan was that I'd chill on the beach with my aunt and uncle in Sri Lanka for a bit and then go home to India with them. BUT now, If my aunt and uncle leave India, the government might not let them back into the country for two months! So we can't go to Sri Lanka anymore. And of course I only have an hour to change my flights before I have to go to work. Tomorrow is Christmas and then I need to be ON those flights! So...

One hectic morning changing flights, and a forced upgrade later, and I'm back on track... almost.
